GEOSABINA – Cultural and Tourist Georeferencing of Sabina

The new website of GeoSabina is online, the project dedicated to the cultural and tourist promotion of Sabina, an area located between Umbria, Lazio and Abruzzo, a few steps from Rome, whose cultural, tourist and gastronomic riches are still to be explored and to be enjoyed through “SLOW TOURISM” approaches.

GeoSabina was born with the idea of creating a system that, thanks to the web, allows citizens and tourists to have real-time information on the main points of cultural and tourist interest in the area relating to the Municipalities of Sabina and to georeference them through interactive maps.

Through a Georeferencing system it is possible to find information on over 200 points including: Monuments, Churches, Places of cultural and archaeological interest, accommodation activities, and on how useful it can be to those who want to visit our territory. Furthermore, it is possible to explore the rich tradition of Sabina through the section dedicated to local events selected or promoted by the network of municipalities that support GeoSabina.
