Located on Via Roma a short distance from the historic center, from the outside one can recognize a late 16th-century factory with wavy, graceful architecture, presumably remodeled several times up to the late Baroque lantern above the slightly oval dome.

The Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie (Lit: Church of Our Lady of Grace) in Montopoli di Sabina is located in Via Roma, not far from the Old Center.
Outside, a late sixteenth-century style can be easily recognized, with a graceful structure, presumably remodeled several times until the late Baroque lantern above the oval-shaped dome.
The interior – still to be restored – is made up of an elliptical room, while the altar area is rectangular. The four dome pillars appear decorated with eight coupled columns, with composite capitals.
On the main altar, you can admire an Andrea Bacciomei’s canvas, dated 1602 – depicting the Virgin Enthroned with Child and commissioned by Cardinal Alessandro Farnese.
There are two additional altars, decorated with paintings of the crucifixion and St. Mark. The 6 niches, built in 1760, should have hosted statues of saints, never placed.
In the Felice Lenzi’s quotes, a Municipal Secretary of the time, we find in the Mid-‘800 that “was also renovated the Chiesa delle Grazie (Church of Grace), by the roof building over the dome.”
