A region’s culinary heritage is much more than a collection of recipes: it is collective memory, a living culture, an identity passed down over time and renewed every day in home kitchens, restaurants, and village festivals. This shared vision has led to the new partnership between GeoSabina and APCI Lazio – Regional Delegation of the Professional Association of Italian Chefs, which today becomes the project’s official technical partner.

GeoSabina is a digital system dedicated to the cultural and tourism promotion of the Sabina region. In synergy with APCI Lazio, it finds a strategic ally in narrating, promoting, and defending the local food and wine heritage, directly involving chefs, restaurateurs, and producers.

The goal is clear: to give visibility to Sabina cuisine, its typical ingredients, its traditions, and the stories of those who passionately promote the culture of good food every day.

The collaboration involves the joint production of:

• Editorial content and videos that showcase traditional recipes, local products, and the faces of the restaurant industry;
• Local events and cooking demonstrations during fairs, exhibitions, and themed events;
• Promotional initiatives for restaurants, with the opportunity to join the GeoSabina network at special rates and become official ambassadors of Sabine cuisine.

A network that is growing and strengthening, focusing on local excellence and the authentic experience of flavors.

“We believe that cuisine is one of the most powerful tools for promoting a region,” explain the founders of GeoSabina. “With APCI Lazio, we share the idea that promoting food means promoting the people, stories, and roots of our community.”

The first step in this collaboration is already visible: the “Where to Eat” section of the GeoSabina website and app will soon feature APCI Lazio-affiliated businesses, recognized as reference points for those seeking authenticity, quality, and hospitality.
