From here, you can admire the Pontifical Roman Major Seminary, an imposing building with crenellated walls that resemble the shape of a castle.
Shifting your gaze to the left, you will come across a unique natural spectacle: the Revòtano, a gigantic cavity in the mountain. Considered for centuries to be the crater of an extinct volcano, it is actually one of the largest karst sinkholes in Central Italy, formed by the collapse of soil due to the dissolution of calcium carbonate by groundwater.
