Copyright and Use of GeoSabina Content

GeoSabina® is a territorial promotion project developed and managed by Inetika Srl, created to enhance and promote Sabina through digital content, interactive maps, articles, information pages, images, videos, audio guides, reels and communication materials dedicated to the area.

All content published on geosabina.it, on the GeoSabina app and on the digital channels connected to the project is created, selected or curated by GeoSabina® and/or Inetika Srl, unless otherwise stated.

Texts, photographs, videos, audio guides, graphics, maps, points of interest pages, articles, promotional materials and other content available on the platform are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

GeoSabina® content may be shared through direct links to the official website pages or by using the sharing tools available on the platform.

Municipalities, public bodies, associations, partners and businesses belonging to the GeoSabina network may request the use of content for direct territorial promotion purposes, provided that GeoSabina® is always clearly credited as the source and that any logos, signatures, watermarks or project references are not removed, modified or altered.

Without prior written authorisation from Inetika Srl, the full or partial reproduction of GeoSabina® content on other websites, tourism portals, social media pages, editorial materials, brochures, commercial products, advertising campaigns or other communication tools is not permitted.

It is also not permitted to copy, modify, adapt, distribute or publish GeoSabina® content by presenting it as one’s own or by removing any reference to the project.

We are pleased when GeoSabina® content is shared to promote Sabina, its villages, traditions and local excellence. However, we ask that every sharing activity is carried out correctly, always crediting GeoSabina® as the source and without copying or republishing the materials as one’s own.

The protection of content is not intended to limit the promotion of the territory, but to safeguard the editorial, technical and creative work required to keep the platform active, updated and recognisable.
