GeoSabina launches its partnership with FARADIO, the new radio station in Sabina giving a voice to the territory.

GeoSabina is pleased to announce its partnership with FARADIO, the first web radio station in Sabina conceived as a space for participatory communication, open to contributions from citizens, associations and local communities.

This collaboration is rooted in a shared vision: to promote Sabina through content, stories, voices, experiences and communities. On one side, GeoSabina, engaged every day in the cultural and tourism promotion of the area; on the other, FARADIO, a new editorial and digital project that places local communication, participation and the living story of Lower Sabina at its centre.

A new voice for the territory

Promoted by the association Sabina Smart Hub APS, FARADIO was created in Passo Corese as a new reality capable of combining audio content, digital tools and attention to the local area. The project presents itself as an open space, where the community can express itself, tell its stories and contribute to building a contemporary and shared narrative of Sabina.

Among the most distinctive elements of this new web radio station is the choice of a street-facing studio, designed to make radio activity visible and encourage interaction with the community. It is a concrete and recognisable idea that reflects the spirit of FARADIO well: a radio station close to people, places and the living energy of the territory.

GeoSabina and FARADIO together to promote Sabina

The partnership between GeoSabina and FARADIO is born precisely from this shared vision. GeoSabina works to tell and enhance Sabina as a territorial system made up of villages, events, flavours, landscapes, experiences and identity. FARADIO adds a new and complementary dimension to this path: the dimension of voice, live storytelling, audio content and active participation.

Together, GeoSabina and FARADIO will work to give even more space to stories, initiatives, key local figures and experiences from the area, helping to strengthen Sabina’s visibility and create new opportunities for storytelling and engagement.

FARADIO’s opening in Passo Corese

FARADIO’s official opening is scheduled for Sunday 12 April at 5:30 pm in Passo Corese, at Via XXIV Maggio 102. It will be an important moment to launch broadcasting activities and present to the public a project that aims to become a new point of reference for local communication in Sabina.

The project is directed by Stella Valzecchi, president of the association, supported by an operational team with audio, technical and digital expertise, including Alvaro Petrini and Lorenzo Sestili of Lavoro Digitale.

Broadcasts will be available online at faradio.org, through social channels and also via a dedicated app, offering an agile and contemporary way to follow and experience this new local communication project.
