The villa is part of a secluded property, completely surrounded by trees and can comfortably accommodate from 4 to 11 people.

The hills of Sabina are located in the heart of central Italy, extending along the Tiber River to include part of the metropolitan city of Rome.

The space

On the ground floor of the villa we find a beautiful large double living room with fireplace and a large dining room, a large fully equipped kitchen, a pantry and a guest bathroom. On the first floor above the living room there are two double bedrooms, one of which is triple, each with an en-suite bathroom.

In the Torretta, the room in the tower which is accessed via a staircase and separate entrance, we find another double bedroom with bathroom. Beyond the kitchen we have two more double bedrooms with a shared bathroom.

Access for guests

The property is for the exclusive use of our guests. The farmhouse is surrounded by a large lawn and at the back there is the swimming pool (13.00 x 6.00 m), while in front you can enjoy the view of a field of olive trees.

Other things to keep in mind

To fully enjoy the peace and tranquility that this place can offer, it is essential to have a means of transport, as the Casale is located in the middle of a valley.

Above all, to enjoy the architectural and artistic beauties present in the area, it is pleasant to have your own car. A short distance away, about 2 km, is the town with its supermarket, a bakery and other useful services: a pastry shop, a pharmacy, several bars, hairdressers, massage center, etc.
