GeoSabina and APCI Lazio are collaborating to promote the gastronomic heritage of Sabina as a distinctive feature of the region. Food is culture, identity, and a living narrative of communities: this awareness has given rise to a synergy dedicated to promoting recipes, typical products, and the protagonists of Sabina cuisine.

APCI Lazio, a regional reference point for professional chefs belonging to the Associazione Professionale Cuochi Italiani (Professional Association of Italian Chefs) for over 25 years, is committed to promoting Italian cuisine and providing ongoing training for professionals in the sector. With the active collaboration of its member chefs, it provides content and testimonials that enrich the narrative of the territory.

The project is further strengthened by the association’s official magazine, “L’Arte in Cucina” (Art in the Kitchen), a tool for disseminating and recounting the best Italian gastronomic experiences, which could become an additional channel of visibility for Sabina’s excellence.

Thanks to this partnership, restaurants in the Sabina area where chefs registered with APCI work can join GeoSabina at a reduced rate, becoming part of a network that promotes authentic excellence, quality experiences, and local identity.
