In the center of Poggio Mirteto, Catia and Giorgio carry on a business that combines simplicity and tradition: a small artisan workshop where fresh handmade pasta takes shape every morning , just as it once did. Tagliatelle, fettuccine, gnocchi, ravioli and other seasonal shapes are prepared with genuine ingredients and processed with care, respecting the Sabine tradition.

Alongside the production and sale of egg pasta, at lunchtime there is an active cafeteria: every day they offer first courses with fresh pasta of the day, seasonal side dishes and freshly prepared homemade dishes. A simple, familiar and welcoming place, perfect for those who work in the area or for those who want to take a tasty break during a visit to Sabina.
